Phase III of the Bay Area Business Park, completed in 2020, consisted of one 1,500,000 SF warehouse building and associated paving. Faisal was the geotechnical engineer for this project.
The geotechnical report provided engineering recommendations for preparation of the building pads, drilled pier foundations, public / private pavement subgrade stabilization and light- and heavy-duty site paving.
This project is LEED certified.
The project also was one of the industrial finalists for the 2021 HBJ Landmark Awards.
