Faisal managed and performed the geotechnical analysis and design of the water plant, wastewater treatment plant, lift station, underground utilities, detention ponds and associated driveways and parking areas for this residential subdivision. Proposed structures are being constructed on spread footings, mat foundations, ring wall type foundation and drilled footing type foundations.
