Faisal Samoo supervised geotechnical services and construction material testing for this 300-acre multiphase industrial office park facility in Brookshire, Texas. Phase 1, included three speculative warehouse buildings totaling 1,050,000 SF. Other Phase 1 construction included public roadways, water, and wastewater treatment plants and a 16-acre detention pond.
The Geotechnical Reports provided engineering recommendations for preparation of the building pads, drilled pier foundations, pavement subgrade stabilization, public and private roadway pavement sections, site stormwater detention features, lift station and water plant.
